Pamela Gerstein has been a computer consultant providing desktopsupport to both mac and pc users for over 20 years in the Bay Areaand remotely. She sets up computer systems, devices, wifi, andtechnology related tools for clients in their homes and businesses.Pamela specializes in working one on one not only troubleshootingissues with her clients but also in training them on how to utilize theircomputers & other tech systems as tools to help enhance their livesnot to be the center of frustration in their lives.

In the last year, Pamela's company, P B and Jam has becomeexpert in producing virtual events on Zoom and a variety ofadditional platforms. Her team of experienced staff use their skills intechnology, training, AV production, event planning, script writing,and more to create high quality, professional events.

As a hobby, Pamela started The BISS List in 2003, an emailnewsletter listing shows for all the diehard live music fans in theBay Area and beyond. The BISS List focuses heavily on funk andjam but she and her team loves it all and goes above and beyondto support the music community at large, including fans, artists,venues and promoters!
