The SWOT analysis includes the Strength and Weaknesses possessed by C.Y.C.L.E. Inc. and the Opportunities and Threats we face as challenges as we go into day-to-day activities and operations.

7.2 Weakness

  • Building a system of this magnitude in the community may take time 
  • New establishment in an area dominated by competitions catering to a host of specialized issues 
  • Growth may be the slow due presence of giants in the sector with long term standing in the community
  • The current 'new norm' that suggests 'social distancing' will be a significant impediment

7.3 Opportunities

  • Increasing local and national outlook

    Increasing awareness towards community outreach and engagement with data-driven analysis and services in targeted at the youth
