3.1 Our Goals

The goal of every business is to be successful. By success, it means a large community base, and hence, rapid organizational satisfaction.

  • C.Y.C.L.E. Inc. has as its paramount goal, the provision of effective, efficient, and customer-focused solutions.
  • Our goal is to run an organization that will succeed and has a landmark impact locally and as we grow, nationally.

3.2 Our Objectives

C.Y.C.L.E. Inc. has set the following objectives for the first three years of the launch of our organization:

To garner substantially significant influence over the society by keeping the city crime-free and unifying all people

We strive to empower youth to find their strength

To develop a career pathway 

Produce a positive return on investment (R.O.I.) for our organization by the end of the second year

Maintain a steady growth in our activities volume that will sustain long-term

3.3 Success Factors

A critical success factor pertinent to our organization's growth is the number of youths we can mentor and empower. Our effort as a non-profit organization is to focus on improving our youth knowledge continually. This can easily be achieved by ascertaining the following:

  • Trend in Adaptation: We will ensure that we flow with the trends and stay relevant to keep up-to-date and promote our organization practices by integrating more innovative and creative service methods.
  • Improvements: To earn and maintain an impeccable image, we will always look for innovative and creative methods towards improving our services. We will not slow down a bit in our pursuit to always satisfy the youth.
  • Knowledge about the organization: We aim to continue to update our knowledge with the latest and best techniques as well as ideas in compliance with local and national industry standards by keenly following the trends and learning from established players, and bringing about new ideologies.
  • Communication: We will adopt a flawless communication channel to all people, enabling excellent transactions and a platform to make inquiries and provide solutions to them instantly.
  • The management team's experience and skills ensure the best consultation experience and set a pace in the organization.
